Tri-O-Gen appoints Hans Mart Groen as Chief Executive
Goor, Netherlands - Tri-O-Gen Group BV, provider of Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) technology for waste heat to power solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Hans Mart Groen as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Mr. Groen joins the company with a wealth of international experience and a strong track record in the energy industry. Prior to joining Tri-O-Gen he was Managing Director of Sales and Marketing in the Netherlands at utility company Nuon. During his 9 years at Nuon he also held the positions of Managing Director of the B2B division as well as Managing Director of Renewables operations.
Before joining Nuon, Mr. Groen worked for Enron where he was responsible for establishing the Amsterdam office and growing the outsourcing and end-user business in the Netherlands. Mr. Groen has also held various senior positions with Fluor Daniel, ABB Lummus and E.H. Wachs. Mr. Groen has worked in the United States for over 9 years and holds a degree in Business Law. He recently completed the "New Board" professional development programme at Nyenrode Business School, which brings together leading figures in business, academia and contemporary thought.
