Karl Bergman
Karl is Vice President and General Manager Research & Development at Vattenfall. Karl joined Vattenfall in 2003 and held senior positions in business units for CCS, nuclear power and heat. He previously worked for Cap Gemini, ABB Power Systems and ABB Corporate Research. Karl holds a PhD in solid state physics from the University of Lund in Sweden.

Anton Giesen
Anton (Ton) has experience in the field of corporate and investment banking as well as in the field of private equity investment. Ton held various senior executive positions in commercial and investment banking and is a former member of the board of ING Bank. Presently he is an independent trusted advisor and counsellor to various companies on strategy developments and other crucial business issues. He started his career in law and holds a master's degree in Law from Radboud University.

Chris Lappee
Chris is Head of Quality & HSE, BD Sustainable Energy Projects / BU Engineering at Nuon/Vattenfall. Prior to that Chris held positions at Shell Global Solutions and Akzo Nobel Engineering. He holds a master's degree from Delft University in Mechanical Engineering with specialisation Thermal Power Engineering and a MBA in Energy Systems.

Michael Martl
Michael is CEO of ThyssenKrupp PDNA Engineering (Pty) Ltd in South Africa, a plant engineering company serving the sub Saharan market. Michael previously held the position of Technology Director of Uhde GmbH, an engineering company focused on the design and construction of chemical and other industrial plants. Michael also held executive positions at Zimmer and Akzo Nobel Faser in the fields of coatings, membranes and innovation management. He was a board member of Arbeitsgemeinschaft Großanlagenbau des VDMA and currently sits on the board of Forschungsgesellschaft Kunststoffe. Michael holds a PhD from Graz University of Technology where he is the honorary professor for Innovation Management.

Albert Fischer
Albert, Managing Director of Yellow&Blue Investment Management, is also a member of the Investment Committee.
