Anton Giesen
Anton (Ton) is an independent advisor and Partner at Odd Lott Holding. Ton previously held various senior executive positions including General Manager, Corporate Investments for ING Group's Wholesale Banking Division and Director, Nuon Sustainability Group (until 2007). He started his career in law and holds a master's degree in Law from Radboud University. He is also a reserve officer in the Royal Netherlands Army.

Chris Lappee
Chris is Head of Technology & Engineering Services within the Department Business Development & Project at Nuon/Vattenfall BG Benelux. Prior to that Chris held positions at Shell Global Solutions and Akzo Nobel Engineering. He holds a master's degree from Delft University in Mechanical Engineering with specialisation Thermal Power Engineering and a MBA in Energy Systems.

Thijs van Lotringen
Thijs is Vice President and General Manager Exploration & Production at Nuon. Thijs joined Nuon in 2002 and has worked in senior positions covering acquisitions, divestments, settlements and contracts. He previously worked for Reliant Energy Europe (part of Reliant Energy in the USA) and ING Barings covering Trade & Commodity Finance. Thijs has a master's degree from Groningen University.

Michael Martl
Michael is Technology Director of Uhde GmbH, an engineering company focused on the design and construction of chemical and other industrial plants. Michael previously held executive positions at Zimmer and Akzo Nobel Faser in the fields of coatings, membranes and innovation management. He was also a board member of Arbeitsgemeinschaft Großanlagenbau des VDMA and currently sits on the board of Forschungsgesellschaft Kunststoffe. Michael holds a PhD from Graz University of Technology where he is the honorary professor for Innovation Management.

Albert Fischer
Albert, Managing Director of Yellow&Blue Investment Management, is also a member of the Investment Committee.
