Angelien Kemna (Chair)
Angelien is a Member of the Executive Board and Chief Investment Officer of APG All Pensions Group. Angelien also holds several advisory positions including Member of the Supervisory Board of the University of Leiden. She is a former part-time professor of Corporate Governance and Financial Econometrics of the Erasmus School of Economics in Rotterdam. Angelien was previously CEO of ING Investment Management (Europe) and Global Chief Investment Officer. Prior to that she held various positions at Robeco Group including Director, Investment and Account Management, Portfolio Manager Global Equities and Head of Quantitative Research. Angelien holds a PhD in Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam. 

Robert Meijer
Robert is Director of Romec International, a consultancy specializing in asset liability management and currency strategies as well as placement and investment for early stage companies. Robert previously held various executive positions at Royal Dutch Shell including Treasury Director and Asset Management and Treasurer of the Shell Pension Fund. Robert holds a master's degree in Business Economics.

Rard Rijcken
Rard is Head of Business Unit Energy Related Services at Vattenfall. He joined Vattenfall (Nuon at that time) in 2005 and has been involved and responsible for amongst others a number of acquisitions and divestments, the unbundling of Nuon in both a strong grid company and a commercial company (2008), the set up of a renewable investment fund Yellow & Blue (2008) and the partnership between Nuon and Vattenfall (2009). Prior to this position, Rard was Head of CEO Office where he has headed the strategic review process for the Vattenfall Group, including the set up of a business led organisation (2010). Rard has worked for the European Commission and various law firms in Brussels, London and Amsterdam. He studied at the University of Groningen.

Peter Smink
Peter is Chief Financial Officer and member of the executive board of NV Nuon Energy. Peter joined Nuon in 2001 and has held several management positions including Director of Projects for the Global Solutions unit, Director of Finance & Business Services for the Power & Gas Assets unit and Director of Finance for the Energy Sourcing (Energy Trade, Generation and Project Development). He was previously with KPN and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
