Jan Homan
Jan is Generation Director responsible for power, heat and services as well industry park activities at Nuon. Jan joined Nuon in 2003 and has had several executive positions including CFO, Energy Sourcing and Managing Director of Generation, Staff and Energy Sourcing. He previously worked for Electrabel (Nederlands) as Corporate Controller, Director of EPON International and Director of Finance and Economics (CFO). He was also interim controller of the Electrabel Group (Europe). Jan is a qualified accountant (NIVRA, CPA 1993).

Angelien Kemna (Chair)
Angelien is a Member of the Executive Board and Chief Investment Officer of APG All Pensions Group. Angelien also holds several advisory positions including Member of the Supervisory Board of the University of Leiden. She is a former part-time professor of Corporate Governance and Financial Econometrics of the Erasmus School of Economics in Rotterdam. Angelien was previously CEO of ING Investment Management (Europe) and Global Chief Investment Officer. Prior to that she held various positions at Robeco Group including Director, Investment and Account Management, Portfolio Manager Global Equities and Head of Quantitative Research. Angelien holds a PhD in Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam. 

Robert Meijer
Robert is Director of Romec International, a consultancy specializing in asset liability management and currency strategies as well as placement and investment for early stage companies. Robert previously held various executive positions at Royal Dutch Shell including Treasury Director and Asset Management and Treasurer of the Shell Pension Fund. Robert holds a master's degree in Business Economics.

Peter Smink
Peter is Chief Financial Officer of Nuon. Peter joined Nuon in 2001 and has held several management positions including Director Projects of the Business Unit Global Solutions, Director Finance & Business Services of the Business Unit Power & Gas Assets and Director Finance at Energy Sourcing (Energy Trade, Generation and Project Development). He was previously with KPN and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
